APS Healthcare has been contracted to assist you in addressing the total-health needs for your Aged, Blind, and Disabled (ABD) Medicaid members with the Enhanced Care Program.  The Enhanced Care Program is a disease management program that provides high-quality, goal-oriented services for your patients that will make your care plan more successful. We tailor our approach to your individual practice where resources are stretched thin. These services are FREE for you and your ABD Medicaid members, and they include providing sound medical information, assistance, and education to members and their health care providers.
