Georgia Enhanced Care Program – ABD Medicaid

The Georgia Department of Community Health has chosen APS Healthcare to help Medicaid members manage their illnesses and medical services. APS Healthcare serves metro Atlanta and north Georgia which is Region 1. Medicaid members who can receive these services are those who are in the Aged, Blind, and Disabled (ABD) category of Medicaid. Your Medicaid card will list APS Healthcare as your DM provider.

The services provided by APS Healthcare are free to enrolled Medicaid members and will offer ways that you can feel better. You will receive letters from APS staff and may be called by a nurse to talk about your health. We will work with you and your doctor to help you avoid emergency room and hospital visits.

Our services do not replace the care of a doctor.
If you have a medical emergency, you should call 911 immediately or go to the emergency room.
